Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Kab Lake Lodge Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit per booking is required to confirm a reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive the deposit and you receive our written confirmation.

Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due [7] days before arrival. If we agree to accept payment on arrival, that only changes when you pay. You still owe the full amount.

Cancellations
When you confirm a booking, you're reserving the accommodations for the full dates booked, and we turn away other guests to hold it for you.

  • [90+] days before arrival: your deposit will be returned
  • [60-89] days before arrival: you lose your deposit. No further charges.
  • [30–59] days before arrival: 50% of the total booking is charged.
  • Less than [30] days before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total booking

Travel Problems & Unforeseen Circumstances
Vehicle breakdowns, illness, weather, road conditions, or a change in plans do not cancel your reservation. If you can't make it, the cancellation terms above still apply. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance.

Early Departure
No refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures, or unused nights.

Rebooking Credit
If we're able to rebook your cancelled dates with other guests, we will credit or refund the amount we recover, minus the deposit.

Closures Beyond Our Control
If the lodge is closed or access is restricted by government order (such as a fire ban or travel restriction), we will offer a full credit toward future dates.

Group Bookings
The person who makes the reservation is responsible for the full booking for the entire group, whether or not every member attends.

Agreement
By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
